Ten Years in White Pajamas !

Alas, I don't sound like myself in this recording I swear it is me!It was sort of odd to sit there using my roomates mac and talk out loud to myself and get all the timing down just right.(whew!)
This is meant to show much I dedicate myself to the martial arts and how I believe that I would not be the same person with out them!
